I have been away from TST.com for a while but now returning and have a suggestion for the established members. If TST has discounts to certain golf shops (I see Edwin Watts is a sponsor for 2007) it would be nice to offer these same discounts as addition privileges for established members.

To be an established member does one has to meet all three or any one of the three ? Like you may have participated in the forum for a year and have posted 500 yet non of the members ever gave it a thought to punch that Rep . .... ???

You start with a rep of 10, so unless you got NEGATIVE reputation, you should qualify.

So yes, you must meet all three criteria.

Three times now I have logged in, then typed a reply to a thread & then been informed that I do not have permission to post a reply because I am not logged on. on other occasions I have posted replies on the same thread with no problems. This is very annoying if the reply is reasonably long.Also confusing when bottom of page is telling me I am not logged on & the top of the page is saying I am.

When you log in, make sure you check the

Remember Me? box next to your User name. That will keep you logged in.

      Day 201 (19 Nov 24) - Walked the back nine at Minnesott today, played the “white” tees with the persimmon woods and bladed irons.  It’s a challenge I really like as the clubs are shorter in overall distances.  It really forces me focus on the value of the approach game.     Somehow yesterday’s post did not load / so it’s above.  Today (Day 202) I did some backyard short yardage work - 7i dink  and rolls, 9i chips and 50deg pitches - working to get it in before the rain started around noon.

      Day 51 - 2024-11-20 Played nine holes of Sanctuary Moon with a 6I while pausing in the backswing and otherwise just practicing. If you're into Star Wars, or don't actively hate it… this is worth checking out.
