I've lived in Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida over the past 30 years, so yes...bacon grease is stored in a metal can in the fridge.

Bacon grease is a must if you're making clam chowda - it intensifies the flavor to mind-melting levels.

Pride and joy of my xmas were the big bertha diablo 3 wood and hybrid. But, the coup de gras were the replacement dash knobs for my jeep. Hard to live in Chicago during the winter when you can't turn your heater up very much.

One thing I should add: beware if you wake up too early and go bumping around near the kitchen at the same time the pre-brew grind cycle begins......it can scare the heck out of you!!!!!
