As an Orlando fan I'm a little shocked, it's not over yet, but damn!!!!! If they drop the series to the Celtics then all the reloading in anticipation of playing the Magic is all for not (Shaq, Jamison) and possibly losing James to FA. I thought it was pretty clear last year in the ECF that the Cavs needed 3 more pieces, a center, PF, and PG. Williams is not the answer and he has faded in the playoffs now two years in a row. They addressed the C and PF slots, but the PG is the QB of the offense and the Cavs have no direction.

Some of it has to do with the Celtics hot shooting. I think they are close to 55% for the whole series. But what it comes down to is the cavs are getting outplayed and outcoached. I cant see them winning this series unless they come up with a scheme to stop rondo from owning them off the dribble and Ray Allens screen and shoot game.

Rajon Rondo is a beast!!!! But seriously, I am a Celtics fan, I think the Celts will beat the Cavs but they will have a tough time with Orlando. I think Boston is better than the Magic but the Magic just seem to have their number (aka the Magic get all the calls )

Talk about throwing in the towel. First field gaol in the 3rd quarter?!?!?!?!? Come on Lebron, you are better than that.....well, maybe not. I think back to how he lost to the Magic last year and acted like a baby. He is a great player, but man he has a lot to learn.

I'm a huge Cavs fan, live in Cleveland, and it's pretty obvious the Celtics are the better team, with a MUCH better head coach. There's a few reasons this shouldn't be so surprising.

1.) Z, Shaq, and Jamison had not been on the roster together until the playoffs began.
2.) Shaq just came back at the start of the playoffs after missing 2 months.
3.) Under Mike Brown, the offensive system has been absolutely terrible and has not improved, they're lost on offense
4.) Boston is the better team. Take the top four players from each team, the Cavs have LeBron, Jamison, Shaq, and Mo Williams. The Celtics have Rondo, Pierce, KG, and Ray Allen. Take away the best player from each team (for the sake of arguement, we'll say it's Rondo). That leaves the Cavs with a 38 year old Shaq, Jamison, and Mo. The Celtics still have 3 future HOFers...even if you take away one of the Big 3 you still have 2 HOFers and an emerging superstar PG in Rondo...

True. The Cavs are getting horribly outcoched and the celtics have been excuting their gameplans to perfection, especially in game 5. Shaq has taken minutes away from players like Hixon, who was a great x-factor for them in the regular season. But then again, shaq had 20 pts in the last game... Sammie Parker and Mo Williams have to play better for the Cavs to have a chance.

Don't even get me started on Mo Williams...that guy just disappears in the playoffs. Yeah, Hickson needs to see the floor A LOT more, and so does Moon. I think Moon could check Rondo better than anyone else the Cavs have on their roster. I don't think anyone would completely slow Rondo down, but Moon would do a lot better than Mo and Parker have on him. I think a defensive combination of Moon/LeBron on Rondo would have probably won the series for the Cavs.

But you hit the nail right on the head, Mike Brown's rotation is inconsistent and he doesn't seem to use the talent he has. You add in the fact the Cavs have had a terrible offensive system every year under Brown- I think it's time for a change. We get pick-n-rolls with LeBron and Andy, or they just lob it into a 38 year old Shaq (oldest player in the NBA)...really? That's your offense?

The Celtics want it more too. Cavs were the #1 rebounding team during the reg season, Boston was 25th...in their two blowout losses at home, the Cavs got destroyed on the boards...hats off to Boston, the Cavs have been dominant at home, but the C's have worked them over twice at home...they deserve to win the series, Cavs sure don't.

I am glad you would, because that would mean the Lakers would WIN! Sure, Lebron would probably have more points than Kobe, more steals, more blocks........but Kobe in the best player in the league in the last quarter! Lebron doesn't know how to finish....Kobe is THE finisher in the league.

Give me Lebron for the first 46 minutes.....and Kobe for the last 2

When I think of big 3, I think of the 3 big 7 footers! Bynum, Gasol, and Odom.....with a little Kobe over Rondo.

      Yes, this is the 2024 model. DSG ruined what Callaway perfected for most golfers. A darn good 3 piece golf ball. Now it's a 2 piece cheap ball. To me a 2 piece ball is fine and a 3 piece budget ball is better. I prefer a slightly harder ball, something in the 65-75 compression range that will perform similar to the old Gamer. The Titleist tru-feel is pretty good. I planned on giving Maxfli straightfli a try.

      Is that the current generation Gamer? Another old standby for a firm and inexpensive ball is Pinnacle.  There are two models, the Rush and the Soft, but I don’t know what compression they are.

      Good advice, but according to DSG website it is a 45 compression ball. My current ball is the Top-flite Gamer at 70. 45 is too low for me to go.

      The 3 piece Maxfli Trifli is 2 dozen for $35.  The Trifli does not feel as soft as the Maxfli Softfli, which is why I like it. Other options would be one of the Srixons, which have a buy 2 get 1 free offer.

      I have been carrying a 7 wood more often this year.  It’s especially handy if you have a downhill lie to an uphill green.  It’s also handy if the rough on the course is deep.
