Tiger Switching to Method Putter

I would like to go on the record and say that I have had my Method 001 putter for a few months now!! I am prepared to site this forum to all those on the course that will now be telling me that I jumped on the bandwagon...LOL.

The putter is awesome in my opinion and I would like to think that there is at least some percentage of Tiger's decision to go with the Method is associated with the great performance of the putter.

That is exactly what I was thinking....he went to a lower spin ball so maybe the feel off the face is less or more? He seems to be missing the shorts ones he never misses so I thing a change is needed. Hell I have gone thru my share of putters but came back to my old fathful BC101 recently and it was the best move I ever did....I tested the Method Putters out at Golf Galaxy and I didn't care for them, too heavy IMO but maybe he needs that help slow it down....hell who knows!

I picked up the Method at the beginning of the golf season this year and I couldn't be happier. Took a solid two weeks of testing putters at golftown and I kept on coming back to the method.

Hopefully it treats Tiger well.

You don't have to live with the kind of garbage a rag like the Daily Mail spews out. Read a proper newspaper instead.

That's how I feel about the Method-solid performer, but ever so slightly below most the other putters out there...

To anyone who has a Method, just joshing. It's not for me, but is a nice putter.

It's $250 everywhere else as the actual selling price. I have one, love it. I got it for like 180 because of my job.

I don't read the Daily Mail. I searched the story and found this article. I read a newspaper that bases its articles on fact, not opinion.

I doubt it. No one ever mentions the Ping Redwoods, the pricier Odysseys or Mizuno putters when the ever-present "Scotty Cameron is overrated" threads pop up.
