I would hardly call a 3rd round lead the "jaws of victory".

That phase is reserved for situations like Robert Garrigus, where he made triple on the 72nd hole to crap away a sure-win.

I saw a viral video once where a German girl peed in her corn flakes. The mere fact that I was watching it led me to question the state of society.
