I stumbled upon a site called BHM golf looking for some gloves. Never heard of em so I went to reseller ratings to see how this store does business. Had a good laugh reading the comments. Let's just say I didn't buy the gloves.

Oh my gawd. I have had bad experiences but nothing even close to what that nut-job is doing to people.

He should be tied down and have tiger woods take a full driver swing at his left testicle.

Yeah, that site is pretty much the thread killer. The one golf store in this town is kind of sparse, and the owner always seems like he's just watching you instead of helping, but nothing compared to that whack-job.

Ive had a sort of bad experience with global golf. I bought an R7 limited driver listed as "pretty good" condition. I got it and the driver was beat up by a hacker. Sky marks, paint chipped a few places, scratches across the bottom, chrome completely worn off sole. I called about it and got some lady that told me it was rated as "pretty good" condition for a 3 year old driver and that how old they are determines how well they can rate them with damage. For instance a driver from 2005 can be completely worn with use and be sold as "pretty good" condition since its 5 years old. Thats complete crap, you have to rate all clubs on the same scale no matter the year. Ive bought fairway woods from callaway pre owned that were rated as "average" and were 5 year old models that were in way better condition. I called back and talked to someone who had some common sense and got it worked out. Point is be careful when buying from globalgolf.

THIS GUY IS STRAIGHT COMEDY. I almost want to place an order just to get this experience for myself!

In the midst of this, he has called my cell phone multiple times saying things such as "I'm going to eat your mother's p####", "You should just go F### yourself", and "You should just go eat your mother's #####"

sounds like something straight out of BORAT HAHAHAHAHA

wanted to give an update on global golf. Got the replacement driver listed as the same condition and its a night and day difference from 1st one. Its how a club should be rated as "very good". Looks like it has light and proper use for a season.

Wow, that's incredible! I have never read reveiws like that. Only goes to show that mental illness is not an uncommon thing.

Good to hear, the SC Newport 2 I ordered from them was listed in very good condition and I thought it was like new. I think the lady you spoke to was just talking to hear herself talk, I don't know of any pre-owned reseller that bases condition on age.

yea they arent bad. Another good thing about them is they use FedEx for shipping. Which is pretty fast compared to UPS. They ship from North Carolina and I get the package on the second day in Illinois, also deliver on saturdays when UPS doesnt.

I bought a Callaway golf bag from this site about two months ago. I got it for about $40 less than other sites were selling it for....but shipping was extremely slow. It took about 3 weeks before I got the item.

    • Probably since the golfer has to swing the club back and up. The hands have to move back and up. You can feel them go back and up just by turning the shoulders and bending the right arm, because it brings your hands towards your right shoulder.  The difference is if you maintain width or not. Less width means a shorter feeling swing path so the more you need to lift the arms. Being as someone who gets the right arm bend at 110+ degrees, it's 100% a timing issue. I am use to like a 1.5+ second backswing. It probably should be like 1 second at most. Half a second or more will feel like an eternity. I have had swings where I keep my right arm straighter and I am still trying to time the downswing based on the old tempo.  Ideally, for me, it is probably going to be a much quicker and shorter (in duration) backswing, while keeping the right elbow straighter. Which also means more hinging to get swing length without over swinging.

    • I'm currently recuperating from surgery, so no golf, but have been thinking about this quite a bit. This and the don't overbend the right arm thing. It's hard for me to even pose the position, so I'm not 100% sure, but I feel like it's impossible to have the right humerus along the shirt seam and not overbend your right arm, unless your hands are down near your hips. If the left arm is up at or above the shoulder plane and your right arm is bent less than 90 degrees, then your right humerus has to raise or your hands will get pulled apart. Your left hand can't reach your right hand unless either the right upper arm is up or the right arm is overbent. Is that right? If it is, then focusing on not overbending the right arm would force you to raise the humerus. And actually thinking further on it, if you do overbend your right arm, then you're basically forcing your upper arm down or forcing your left arm to bend. Since (for me at least) bending the left arm too much is not something I think I need to worry about, it means that the bend in the trail arm is really the driving force behind what happens to the right humerus.
    • I managed to knock off a 3, a 13, and a 15 a couple of weeks ago. The 3 was a 185 yard par 3 with a 6 iron to 12 feet. 13 was a 350 yard par 4, which was a 2 iron and a 9 iron to about a foot. 15 was a 560 yard par 5 with a driver in a bunker, 4 iron into the semi, gap wedge to 8 feet and a putt.
