Here in Cincy all of our snow has melted and I'm planning on playing everyday this coming week (45, 42,42,43,44) dry and sunny.  Should be good golf even with it being wet from the melted snow.

Sad the past couple days have been 50* and sunny here on the east coast but there's still a good foot left from the blizzard the other day.

Don't tease me mother nature!

Waiting out the 2 feet of snow that just dropped on the course....

Definitely bs with the weather the last 3 days. 50 and sunny and the courses are covered with snow. Such a tease.

I don't mind the cold too much but would much rather play in the spring and fall!

Trying to go play today, but all of the courses are frozen

here in arkansas, winters are usually fairly mild.  i've played in temps where the wind chill took it down to maybe 28 or 29, but i can't say i enjoyed myself very much.  my general rule of thumb is that if it's colder than 35, i'm not going to play.

Just played yesterday... about 34* when I teed off...note to self, "bring hammer next time so I can put tees in tee boxes"

ha ha love it. I made the mistake last time out to bring the higher tees, ugh what a pain in the ass that was. 3 holes in I just started using broken tees or tees already in the ground.

Played in 32 deg weather Sunday, with my under armor and hoodie I was good to go...  I actually plan on playing Saturday (suppose to be 28*) if the wind isnt going to be howling to bad.

Walked 18 today in mid 30's with an 11-18 MPH wind. Three other people on the 27 hole course. I wore my standard layer of holiday blubber with UA base layer under Adidas wind pants and a long sleeved Nike Fit Storm jacket. Thankfully the jacket is wind proof. The only part of me that ended up chilly was my face and my hands once or twice. I'm thinking of taking some gloves next time to put on between shots.

I've been practicing here, but the greens are frozen, so playing is a crap shoot. That, and it's been 34* for highs the last week or so. At least it hasn't snowed in a while.

Looks like rain and some warmer weather this week, so maybe a thaw is in the offing.
