I don't really have a "home course", since my wife and I try to play as many different courses as we can. But the Links at Highlands Ranch and the Highlands Ranch Golf Club are probably the closest to home, if that counts.

Hmmm... No home course yet, just a home driving range. We're looking at clubs right now is the West Chester, PA area. We also have a place across the street from Reston National in VA ( www.restonnationalgc.com ) but haven't played there.

The wife and I are newbies and would like to get some semblance of a game before embarrassing ourselves at a real course :)

    • Last night I got to see Keb Mo live again, this time in a fairly small hall (1600 seats.)  A great show, relaxed and homey feel, and probably the best sound mix I've ever heard. And for guitar-playing folks, there's a documentary of Danny Gatton showing on various PBS stations.  One of the least-famous but best players ever, here's the schedule, and a taste: Events - THE HUMBLER - Danny Gatton The PBS broadcasts have shown or are scheduled in the following states & territories: California, Colorado, District of Columbia, (Washington DC), Idaho, Indiana, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri,
    • I have only played one round and birdied both of the par threes on the front nine. I have never played a game like this, new here. Excited to join
    • It is a diminishing tournament which is a bummer. Most of the time it has to do with where they sit on the schedule but it not being one of the big ones makes it tough to get the big guys. But it is a chance for everyone else to make something happen, which is always fun to see who takes advantage.
    • Yea, that is probably true.
