I suppose you can call it a home course. I have played Ackerman Hills 3 of my 6 total golf rounds since I picked up the game 2 months ago. Have yet to play the Pete Dye designed Kampen course, but will soon. Kampen hosted the Men's NCAA championship in 2008.

http://www.eagletracegolfclub.com/ Great course when it's in good condition. I play here every weekday during the summer and it is my handicap home course. I hate the aqua driving range though so I use this http://www.thebroadlandsgc.com/lands...=125&page;=1996 practice facility and I also play there every now and again.

Here is my home course, (north of Denver, CO) not even a block away from my house. Played there yesterday. Here's some pics too!

    • I've been to Turning Stone several times and can share my impressions of the golf courses—if you're coming specifically for golf, it's a truly worthwhile place. Shenendoah is a beautiful and varied course that doesn't feel like your average camp course. It has parkland sections, somewhat like links-style play, and it sits beautifully in the landscape. It's a pleasure to play, and the conditions are truly good for a resort. Wageron Games is probably the most popular of the three. Designed by Tom Fazio, it's very well-maintained, with excellent greens and a well-thought-out layout. Yes, it's pricey, but locals and visitors alike praise it for the views and the experience you get on each hill. Kaluhyat is a completely different experience: a much more challenging resort-style course that can really throw you off track if you're not very confident in your game. Narrow fairways, water, bushes - it's beautiful, but in places it's tough for casual recreational play.
