I am not sure how to upload videos from my phone. But would love some help to show you guys the progress

Just upload the videos to youtube, and then add the link with the little "film" icon above the text box.

The uploading to youtube part can be a little work, but there are instructions on youtube for this.

Hi Guys, had forgot about this thread. An update for any one who wants one. I have moved from Australia to USA SC to continue this dream. I have turned professional and have my first mini tour event on the 11th of August .

Very cool! What event are you playing? God or bad, we're looking forward to hearing about the experience!

Ahhh, he is a +2.7 now...just saying.

+2.7 is great. Certainly getting a lot closer. Any mini tour results?

I have a friend who wins down in Florida / Carribean with some regularity, but he never came close at Q School when they had it. He also dopes not have web.com status. Getting on tour is ridiculously hard.

Playing Carolina mountain tour on Monday and will look to play the e tour even on the 30th of August. No results yet as only turned pro last week.

Those scores don't look all that different from mine and I am no tour player. Just sayin'.

No 9 hole course there that course your referring to is 27 ... With three individual 9's so the can switch up the 18 you play each week..

With all due respect, anyone can enter scores into the system and get a handicap. That doesn't mean the scores are true.

The day you start posting links to tournament results you'll be more believable. Right now this is all one great big "trust me." Not stated to dampen your enthusiasm either, but Shorty made me question some of what you wrote and I'm a bit skeptical that I can't find any golf result of any kind for you. I am a pretty good digger when I want to find something, and I have found results for guys on the miniest of mini tours before.

I really do not care if you believe me. This was a simple update for some people who had followed me. Happy hitting.

OP, any plans to try to qualify for the Wyndham in Greensboro next month?

My coach Ian Triggs arrives in a week to spend some time going through some mini tour events and see how I cope. All going well If I feel I am ready then I will defiantly go. It is on the radar.

He has a pretty nice swing.

Plus, it's really cool hearing about someone going from a 22 handicap down to a +2.7. Really, cool.

Dude, it's from 2011. What's your beef?

The day he starts is already posted. August 11 I believe. Let's see what he does then. You have his name already, so… chill.

Why are you so intent on tearing this guy down?

You don't read his posts (how could you think you'd find anything from any mini tour when he SAID he hasn't started yet).

You dig up scores from 2011 to "prove" he isn't  +2.7 (what other purpose is dredging up 3 year old scores?).

Yeah, he put himself out there with his dreams and aspirations and sure people can take shots at him.  But it would be nice if the criticism was done in a fair way, not with unsubstantiated questioning of his honesty.

Turtleback, why are you even dragging this up here to the top of the board? Drop it.

    • Ok, I'm trying to find a feel to hit a consistent ball flight (irons).  My current predicament.  1. I try to do the arms down stuff better, with the club feeling like it is way behind me more. It's just a cluster of results. Most of the time, I can't get any speed on the swing. If I get my arms down faster, I just throw them out.  2. I focus all my attention on turning better. Pushing off with my left leg and getting my right side through better. On the DTL view, this doesn't produce anywhere close where the hands and club should be. The result is usually ball first contact, lower ball flight, more centered contact.  At this point, I am going with option 2. Stop thinking about what the hands do. Just make a shorter backswing, keep it wide, turn through. Somehow, the club head finds the ball. My focus is so much on just making sure I turn, it's like, "Oh, that contact was better.... Oh, that bell flight looks playable." If not, I will just be practicing my entire summer.
    • Nope, they spent too much money. They are in over 28 million on the football roster and related NIL compensation at this point. Boosters associated with any Texas college football team has HUGE sway. The AD is between a rock and a hard place. They put a lot of money into Sorsby, at the chance of winning a NC this year. If you move on, you basically wasted a lot.  This is why Ohio State wants 3 QB's they feel can start. That is why the backups the past 5 years at some point transfer. Texas Tech has no backup near the quality of Sorsby. If they move on, they are screwed for 2026.
    • Maybe there's something I still don't understand about the situation. Wouldn't Texas Tech do itself a favor to move on from Sorsby at this point?
    • Day 281 6-10 Full swing, fast, getting low point ahead of "towel".  Working on flow during this seems to help.
