Turned 64 today…. After this workout I wasn’t sure I’d see 64 plus one day.  Partner workout.

800 meter run together

100 dumbell bench presses

75 toes to bar or knees to elbow

50 Wall walks

50 plyo box jumps

800 meter run together

Short gym set at lunch;  bench press, four sets of five, 180 lbs.   Did a few of the medicine ball / driver drill too while I was at it.

Driver:  Titleist 915D2.  4-wood:  Titleist 917F2.  Titleist TS2 19 degree hybrid.  Another hybrid in here too.  Irons 5-U, Ping G400.  Wedges negotiable (currently 54 degree Cleveland, 58 degree Titleist) Edel putter.
