I was close - I said writing a book - books these days, ebooks are pretty much videos.

Well, the training manual is a small part of it. The bigger part is helping to design and implement the entire instructor "architecture" - the private forum, the requirements and regulations, cost structure, blah blah blah etc. etc. etc.

And most of the book topics are kind of pre-determined and/or come from Dave and Chuck. I've just gotta make it a book after wrangling it into an outline and then an enhanced outline.
