Hey guys

couple months ago I went from a set of tm irons 4-pw to a set of 3-pw mizunos. I had a 3 hyrbid and it is still currently in my bag bc I have yet to find a 2 hybrid. I have not seen one in any of the stores around me. Is this the case for most people? I dont really want to order it online as I would like to hit a couple to kind of get a feel for it before I purchase it. Just wondering if anyone is gaming a 2h and where they bought it and if you guys have any suggestions on which ones you like the best. I was going between the 2h and a 60 degree wedge but I have found I have a ton of confidence with the 56 that I do not feel the need for a 60 degree wedge.

Thanks for any and all help

I have an 18* hybrid G10 that I like a lot. It pretty much replaced my 5 wood but I ended up taking it out because I found my 21* is only about 15-20 yards behind my 3 wood. If I were you I'd keep the 60 in the bag unless you have no 3 wood.

2-hybrids are hard to find at least ones that correspond with your iron set... but Nickent makes some good hybrids... I carry 4 of them...

+1 on Nickent. Awesome hybrids, was shocked to see them go under.

alright thanks guys.

I have a 3 wood but still not sold on the fact of needing a 60 degree wedge. the 2hybrid just seems like the logical step, maybe just better to keep the 3h in the bag to be able to hit higher shots than I can with the 3 iron

I picked the Adams Idea Pro Gold18* on the Bay for $59.99 new. I liked it so much, I bought the 20* as well.

Callaway AI Smoke TD Max 10.5* | Cobra Rad Tour 16.5* | Dark Speed 21* | Titleist U500 4i | T100 5-P | Vokey 50/8* F, 54/10* S,  58/10* S | Scotty Cameron Squareback 1

I picked up a 14* Nickent 3DX 1H this year from Dallas golf for $30 and I think I'm in love. Most people will say that only golf geniuses can hit a 60* wedge well enough to carry one. But then again, there's that saying about opinions and arses, everyone's got one.

The Callaway RazrX Tour 2H is a solid club.  My dad has it in his bag and hits the crap out of it.

Driver:  Callaway Diablo Octane 9.5*

5-PW:  Callaway X Tour
GW:  Callaway X Tour 54*, SW:  Callaway X Tour 58*
Putter:  Callaway ITrax, Scotty Cameron Studio Design 2, Ping Anser 4

I couldn't find a 2h in regular flex. Much prefer a 4 wood to the Adams a4 2h I had for a while

Nice thanks guys

Looking through ebay now as it looks like picking one up from the local shops is out the window

John Letters (UK) make a 2 Hybrid (16 degree).  Almost impossible for me to hit apart from off the tee.  It lives in the spare bedroom and not my bag.  Definately one for a better player than me.

I love my 60 degree wedge, now that thing does live in my bag.

Damn now I keep going back and forth. Maybe I will pick up both the 60 and a 2h and just switch them off. I can only imagine whenever the 60 is in the bag I will wish it was the 2h and the other way around. Such is golf and the good fight continues

I have a Cobra 17 degree Bafler Rail H.  Seldom put the 3 wood in the bag because of the distance and consitency I hit this hybrid.

The Titleist hybrids have adjustable lofts, so you could tweak it until you get the right distance gap dialed in.  I'm really thinking about one myself.  You can also adjust the lie in case you are a little upright or flat.

Adams makes a 2h 17 degree and even a 15 degree. They are the new XTD hybrids with titanium face. Pricy for sure. I have the 17 And really like it, high, easy to hit and long.

i have this same club and love it.

i picked it up during a phase where i was hitting my driver poorly yet my hybrids well. callaway preowned happen to be doing a buy one get one 50% off sale (or something like that) and i was looking for a 3 hybrid as I already had a 4h&5h... so for the discounted club i got the 2h for the hell of it.... and glad i did...I am not a long ball hitter and this thing has changed my game i can hit this 215-230 and has become my go to club on most par4 tee shots and many fairway shots . it may seem odd but the sound this club makes when i hit a clean crisp shot is addicting and the low trajectory resulting rocket is wonderful to watch.

I picked up a Tour Edge 16* 2 hybrid. I throw it in the bag during windy days and use it off the tee. Works great for me.
