This does not surprise me, brother of Robert Lang (Robert Lang spent 10 years developing 2017 US Open course Erin Hills only to be forced to sell it) found dead next to a bakery well known for people lining up for its cronuts, at 5 in the morning. The not surprise me part is business goes on as usual and how people (people, in general, suck) responded.

Not sure what to make of this so I'm sharing, it's a street across from where I work in an industrial area.

I hope no one will be needing that anytime soon.

It's for convenience. This way all the firemen have to do in order to thoroughly water (part of) the property is drive up, onto the curb, and over the top of the hydrant to break it and let loose the floodgates! If you were to line these up strategically at intervals around the building then they could simply bust all of them to provide full coverage and drive off to fight the next fire!

That's so convincing I'm not sure if you are joking or not :)

I'm joking, but I think it would be really funny to see something like that in action. You would just see a fire truck booking it across the sidewalk, bouncing up with every hydrant it hits, as water majestically sprays into the air behind the flashing sirens.

I just saw a leaderboard. The first guy to shoot 65 and get his name under that number on the board was "Huge."

The second guy to shoot 65 and get his name under "Huge" was named… "Wang."

I really don't see the benefit of this bathroom coat hanger in the bathroom in the down position.

It's not a coat hanger. It's instructions.

    • Day 224: played 18. Got some stuff to work on. Hit some good shots though and made 2 birdies.
    • I am in the market to buy a new or mint+ used driver. I am a high handicap player that usually uses Regular Flex Men's 10.5 degrees and I golf right handed. I can't shot shape the ball and have trouble always hitting the ball in the center of the face and it usually goes off to the right and out of play. I am trying to hit straight all the time so I can hit more fairways, also on off center shots I would like the ball to be in play so I don't sacrifice strokes all the time. I usually look for forgiveness, distance a little distance lost is ok if I am hitting more fairways then that is what i want, adjustable or non adjustable is fine, price is also a factor around 100 but under 300. I also need help getting the ball in the ball in the air and going higher. Any recommendations or other help when buying a driver are welcome and thanks

    • I got it, lol.
