In this latest revision I have dropped to a 19.6.  I know many on this blog would throw themselves off a bridge if they were a 19.6, but this is a huge accomplishment for me in my second full year of serious golf.  Last year's goal was to break 100.  This year's goals were to get the handicap into the teens, and to break 90.

I still haven't broken 90 for a full 18 (have had several 44s for 9), but I am officially below 20.  I also promised myself no new clubs until I was below 20. I can now start thinking about ditching my SSSGI shovels where even the 7 Iron looks like a hybrid from the top line view.

If you can play with some single figure players at your club. You will pick up skills without even knowing it,Just see how they deal with a bad hole or two, and scores of 87-89 are just around the corner.
