The video is a little corny but these exercises have worked for me when I've had some SI joint pain.

Anybody can help me in regards to the sore joints of sacrum or namely IS joint due to playing golf ?

Thank you.

I have had an SI joint issue since high school.  Besides the advice and stretches from @SavvySwede and @mvmac you could try this belt specifically designed for the SI joint.

http://www.serola.net/serola-sacroiliac-belt

Below is my review.  There are quite a few other positive reviews as well.

I use this belt during weight training and also when doing swing drills when my SI is acting up.  I have worn it playing too.

The other stretch to do to alleviate symptoms is a quad stretch where you sit into the stretch then stand up or lean into the stretch.  This stretches not only the quad, but the psoas muscle which is attached to the SI joint.  When the SI joint is displaced causing pain, the psoas can keep it from getting back in place.  Stretching helps this issue.

Google Psoas stretches.

As with what @boogielicious and @mvmac mentioned for specific stretches. I recommend just becoming more active in general and stretching the whole lower body as well. You can have a tight IT band or tight Hamstrings that can cause tendinitis, or joint pain because it is pulling everything out of alignment. If you sit in a chair all day, I would guess your hamstrings and calf muscles are shortened.

I've been stretching my legs two to three times a day and have gotten rid of a lot of my pain in my hip region.

Totally agree.  As we get older, we really need to stretch everyday as a routine even if you haven't worked out.  Problem areas need multiple times a day attention as Matt said above.

I was using a pushcart today and noticed a little bit of stiffness in that area late in the round. I did do some heavy lifting earlier in the day but I think walking with that slight forward lean into the pushcart may also be a contributing factor. Something to think about.

    • Believe it or Not! I am so excited.  Yesterday, on a hot and windy day, I played a 9 hole course in Claflin. Kansas. 1st 9 = 54 2nd 9 = 43   I am going to try and go back out late this afternoon and play 18 holes at Hays, Kansas.  My 3 hybrid came in yesterday and I am really anxious to try it out.  WooHoo 🥳 🙌 👏  Retired Old Man, Terry
    • Late morning, short gym session for press.  Four sets of five, 105 lbs.
    • First, you have some great choices in there.  Event Horizon remains a birdie movie for me.  It still finds its way onto the October options as Halloween approaches.  It fits well. I continue to forget that Arrival, when being referenced, is not the Charlie Sheen movie I saw in middle school. Lastly, what rating are you giving HG2?  Was it a par?  Bogey?  I gather from your review it didn't earn a hole in one on a par-4.  (I have yet to decide how I'm prioritizing that on my movie queue, and if I should even bother, so I'm looking forward to reviews here)
    • I loved Arrival. Annihilation is a good one. Event Horizon is also one of my classic sci-fi favorites. And now for something completely different: Happy Gilmore 2. I watched HG1 as an adult, and it was alright, but probably would have been better if I watched it as a kid. HG2 had some good parts, but overall I wasn't a big fan. I knew there would be pros in the movie, but I imagined some cameos, not them being straight up actors through large parts of the movie. They're not actors and it showed. I could've done with a lot less of them and John Daly was maybe the best of the pros. The Maxi part was boring.
