That is the only example you have ... I realize we all view things through different eyes, but I do not see it ... I see a young man that has some clear goals, and one can argue he has achieved most of them.

Tour Talk is becoming one of 2 things:

1 -  What pro is someone mad at this week?

2 -  This is how much I love/hate Tiger Woods?

I think we need to have a sub-forum of the Grille Room for this kind of stuff and move everything there.

edit:   3 -  What pro will I dislike because of non-golf stuff, yet excuse for someone I happen to like?

Really, I have my opinions based on what I know like every body else, and sometimes have a comment about it.   But some of these threads here are really, really getting out of hand.   It's like TMZ meets Morning Drive.

I was because facetious... he definitely is humble and has clear goals in that interview.  Some people on here state that he's never been humble.  Ever.

I understand that.   And it's funny.   My point was that we keep getting the same thread, again and again between 2-3 different types of people and it's starting to be a drag to come to this section because the topics at the top are generally running very negative.   Thread about Tiger are the biggest number, mainly because he is golf's biggest draw.

FTR, here's what I think the types are:

1 -  Tiger haters no matter what

2 -  Tiger loves no matter what

3 -  People with a reasonable opinion and when they state it, someone jumps on them so they jump back

4 -  People with a reasonable opinion who state it and then don't let themselves get dragged in.

5 -  People who ignore it

(Note I don't think that #1 and #2 might not have reasonable opinions on a topic, I just think that no matter what they are going to repeat the same thing over and over)

(2'nd note -  Replace Tiger with the subject of a number of other threads and something similar happens).

We shouldn't discourage people from saying what is on their mind, but we really need a Tour Talk gossip section if this keeps going on.
