The net might be ok but those kinds of putting mats generally suck.

I've got a 8' by 18" putting mat, with markers indicating 3, 5, and 7 feet. I like it. Helps keep the putting stroke grooved. I play greens of different speeds so I don't rely on it to help distance control but for maintaining a comfort level with a putter in your hands through the week or during weeks of not playing, it's fantastic.

It looks like Amazon has plenty of reviews already. Though 90 bucks for that net seems pretty steep. From the picture it looks like the kind that can rip fairly quickly.

@Jeffmurph902 , that net looks cheap. You're probably going to rip some holes in it rather quickly. The posts are fiberglass, too, so better not accidentally catch one with a club or the ball. Also, I own a chipping net and I haven't used it in years, so I really wouldn't recommend any of those products. Just practice putting on your carpet.

If you really want to get a net, I recommend this one. It's more expensive than the products you listed, but it's worth it.

@billchao do you have this product?   I'm looking for one and while this product overall has a good rating, a lot of people seem to question the quality of the netting and poles.

I have a Rukk Net, the one I linked in my post, not the one in the OP.

    • Day 5 - 2024-10-05 Hit some somewhat soft pitching wedges. The outside and inside, particularly the outside of the left thumb where my right hand goes on it, is still pretty sore. I don't think I'll do more damage, but I'm reluctant to do too much because I don't want to compensate or alter my motion.
    • Day 156 (05 Sep 24) - Played new to me course today, it’s near our beach place and have been wanting to play it for a couple of years now.  It’s a neat Par 70 that plays just over 6k from the tips, played the whites 5,500 +/-.  Tight fairways and severely undulating greens made for some great shot strategy.  Wound up with an even 80 that included two lost ball penalties.  Putter was solid - 28 total.  Wedge play kept the pars happening - 6 of the 9 pars were up and downs.  Not bad for the first time on a new course.
