Found the Airbnb page. Split it w/10 people, around $250/night.

What I'd like to know is how much he bought it for. He sold it for £2m I think or at least that was his asking price. I'm guessing he paid £1.75m and put in a lot of work into it. I hate to be a debbie downer, but I think he took a loss on the sale.

Update: I tried booking it. It's available right now and actually, not many takers, it's open pretty much all summer if the calendar is accurate. Despite looking great, the place looks like it's been a money losing proposition. Not many people are going to want that short game area, that's a sunk cost right away in converting it to whatever.

Rory's been living in Florida for years.

BTW, this Northern Ireland home...Rory isn't selling it because he already sold it....and THAT buyer is now selling it.
