Yep. The announcers were ribbing each other off camera about her and you know it.

I thought they were implying she's being compensated for her presence.

Well yeah but they wouldn't have been joking about that if she didn't look like that. Like if Zach's wife was walking with him. I sound like such a jerk but she is not attractive lol.

Maybe Zach's wife has a really good personality. :-X

Jesus....I need to work by butt off to get better and make the Tour. I'm better looking than most of these guys and can't get anything close to the women they're shagging. Jesus. Matt Jones isn't much of a golfer and is getting that??

Yeah Jones isn't much of a golfer. On the other hand, if you don't mind me asking. How much money have you made in your golfing career ? That's what I thought, oh well at least you got your good looks to fall back on.

It's almost as if... people date other people... for more than their looks...

Curious what it's like to be one of these guys on Tour. There's probably a "I want to date a PGA golfer Club" out there and these girls show up at bars in the city they're playing every week. Must be like paradise to be a golfer. Of course some guys go to church instead of these bars and end up with Zach's wife who I'm sure is very nice but not exactly a prom queen.

I think his comment was made in jest.

Tiger is playing Wyndham. http://golfweek.com//news/2015/aug/14/tiger-woods-pga-tour-wyndham-championship-commit/

The man means business. He wants to be part of the Fed Ex playoffs, bad.
The man means business. He wants to be part of the Fed Ex playoffs, bad.
Yup, good news. From my understanding, it's a "shorter" course so hopefully he'll play well.

I really hope Daly has a sense of humor for his actions today and signs that club for the kid that fished the club out of the water. :)

Kind of insult to injury that he has to go out tomorrow and finish his craooy round just to not make the cut.

Well, my guess is he's not looking at it that way.

I'll wager you are much too young to have read the famous George McGovern quip following the 1972 election about how, all his life, he wanted to run badly for president.

I certainly am too young, if @tiger19 is not. My question is what you mean by bringing up that quote?

    • Take that logic and apply it to temporary water in the general area. The general area is not supposed to be under water. You are entitled free relief to play from another part of the general area that’s not under water. You are entitled to free relief to play from another area of the bunker. Bunkers are limited in size, and the fact that you were not able to play out of the same bunker no closer to the hole was unfortunate, but how does that possibly equate to “I should be able to play out of the grass instead with no penalty?” It doesn’t make logical sense. The ACC accommodates this by allowing the drop out of the bunker for one penalty stroke instead of the usual two, to account for the difference in lie.
    • Day 1:  I had my first “real” practice today at the driving range.  I hit two buckets of balls utilizing all of my clubs minus the pitching wedge (I haven’t had a lesson on that one yet).
    • like I don't like to think I'm an amazing player as I play off around 7-8 handicap or anything but The one miss I have at the minute is with my strike and its getting really frustrating because I don't see what's causing it please don't say basic stuff like I don't weight shift etc because it wont help here are some videos form certain angles (these aren't that fat in the video maybe slightly chunked but its more the fact that the chunk happens 1 in every 4 iron shots so I'm never consistent) https://imgur.com/epaeE4D https://imgur.com/CKeV0Nm https://imgur.com/lJkliwd https://imgur.com/a/1Z7VwK9
    • You’ve yet to propose anything else. And yet it was, and the rules tell you how to deal with it. Your question has been answered. The Committee can declare them GUR. I disagree with your assessment of common sense. 😀 And yet they didn’t really change this one. Looks like this is about wrapped up? “That Rule is So Unfair!” A Rules Geek’s Generalized Guide to Hot Takes and Overreactions | Rules Geeks I apologize for the length of this post. If I had more time I’d have written a shorter one. – Erik J...
    • When you are penalized for hitting into the sand trap the penalty is having to hit it out of the sand, not out of three inches of water. A sand trap is not the same as a water hazard. A sand trap is not supposed to be under water. It is a unique condition caused  by weather and poor drainage. Most local leagues like ours allow the free drop in this type of situation, as long as there is no area in the bunker to legally drop. This is what I’m talking about, sometimes the official rules of golf don’t align with common sense. That’s why they are finally starting to change them. For example, when wind blows your ball off the green. That was a stupid rule. People being able to call the tv network to say they saw a players ball move. That was a stupid rule. I’m just saying, these are rules made up a long time ago, and it’s time to modernize them.
