Played 9 this morning before class and shot a 34 on a easy course nearby....Mainly went there to work on my 100 yards and in approach shots but managed to fair well on the little course, granted it was pretty easy......

Played yesterday and forgot to post. Shot 74 (+3). Great ball striking day and I left a lot on the table with the flatstick. Aeration holes still bumpy enough to not blame myself, plus it's early in the season.

13/18 greens (one of my best GIR percentages at NJCC)

I only play in the winter in Australia. IM off 15.0 and last played in September 09, shot an 82. However played my first game back as a pennant game and lost 7/6 on the 12th lol!

96 on the American Course at La Tournette in Nivelles, Belgium. After a par-par start. Not pretty. My first time on the course, a very nice track.

Had baseball practice from 5-6 so only had time for nine holes afterwards. Shot a 42(+7). Started off with two pars and bogied the last seven holes.

Shot a 92 today in my first real round of 18 at a nearby public course. I've only been playing for about a year and half now and have mainly just played par-3 courses up until now. Completely addicted to this game now!

From Saturday

75 at Wedgewood in Plainfield. Doubled the last hole, was sitting one over and wanted to make a birdie to get my first round at par this year. What do I do? Pull my three wood tee shot into a fairway bunker. Now, I could have played a safe second shot into the right side of the green but no, I figured why not try to hit a high draw over a tree out of a fairway bunker. So I tried and instead I hit my second shot about forty yards down the fairway. Hit a really poor third shot from the fairway and didn't get up and down for bogey. Was really upset, I hate doing that. I made the cardinal sin of thinking about what I wanted to score on the hole instead of trying to hit two quality shots to set up a birdie.

On a positive note, this was the first round I really got to hit my new clubs. (Diablo 3 wood and hybrid). Loved them, these clubs are absolutely fantastic. I actually hit my hybrid too far off the tee on one hole and stymied myself. For so long I despised people that carried hybrids, I loved my 2 iron but these things are crazy. On a par five, I was in the rough and had 250 to a tree protected green. I hit a hard draw out of the rough and around the trees. Put it in a greenside bunker but there is no way I could ever have pulled off that shot with a deuce iron.

90 at Rocky Point in the rain & wind. The weather wasn't the problem today though, I was actually hitting the ball pretty well. It was the flat stick. 5 three-putts. UGGGHHHHH....

Shot an 86 yesterday. Due to various reasons it was my first full 18 of the year, so it wasn't that bad. No birdies but no triples either. My putting was shocking, I had about 37 putts, and my short game wasn't too hot either. On the plus side my bunker shots were good and I'm hitting my irons fairly solid. Was hitting the 4-iron like a dream off the tee, 200~ish straight down the middle every time. On the equipment sie of things I am not happy with my driver, 3-wood or hybrid. I just couldn't hit any of them. I suppose I just need practice though, not buy new clubs :P

P.S The WITB bellow is completely wrong, I tried to change it but apparently it never worked.

Played 18 on a par-3 course, finished at -4. Striking the ball beautifully, chipping great, not putting so great these days, but good enough for par on most holes. Still waiting for that hole in one...

38....hit six fairways (very good for me). Two three putts (one was understandable, other...ridiculous). Getting close to where I want to be.
