How often do you check TST?

Kinda depends for me.  Maybe weekly on average during the summer, not really at all during the winter.

I put 3/4 times a day.  Usually it is more, but I average it with those times when I go a few days or more without checking in.

I went with 3-4 times a day, as an average.  While I'm at my desk, I'll check back several times a day.  On the weekends and in the evening, very rarely.

When I first joined the site, I had to ask my IT manager to block it from our network (Sorry Erik). I was addicted and just couldn't keep from reading and posting while at work.
