"5 Minutes Daily" Practice Challenge November 2016

11/29: played three games of 21 today.

Won two of them: the one with my putter, and the one with the toddler's putter. Lost the counter-weighted 37" left-handed putter by one point.

11/30 - Mirror work. Focused on transition with hip slide and shoulder turn starting the downswing.

Today was 5 straight months of completing the 5min challenge  (not that it matters at all for awards purposes) - I think, if I did my math right, that I may be at my all-time low HI of 9.1 when tomorrow's revisions come out.

11/30: range work without video due to rain. I think progress with my piece: flat wrist, laying down club. Feeling more comfortable now at slower speeds.

as posted in other threads, I was a 14 last year and have worked down to a 9.7 (currently) with hopes of the 9.1 tomorrow. Honestly, I think I'll plateau now that it's harder to score lower that the differentials I'm already using, but that just means I need to work smarter. The biggest improvement over these last 5 months of doing this is the consistency of my grip & setup; I know that may seem trivial and insignificant, but I truly believe that's contributed to the improvement of my consistency. I've seen improvements with a steadier head & low point control as well. This upcoming late spring/early summer, I will let the Evolvr guys tear me apart on my actual technique; as I've had only one formal lesson in my life years ago, I'm sure the technical points of my swing have much to be desired.

20 min Alt Sklz swing train and driver. Feel the turn a bit more and the uncoiling on swing thru. Not a completely repeatable swing, better. 

Incomplete practice month in November. December should be complete and with more golf as we enter summer here in Chile, woo hoo!

I'd prefer that it not be locked, because someone may have completed the challenge but not posted in it.

It's unlikely, but… We try to pin the current month's challenge to the top for a reason. We can't save everyone from themselves (and from not noticing they're in the wrong month).
