Hello fellow golfers. I'm Rob, 34 and recently started playing again after a few years away from the game. I moved from London to the tiny and lovely county of Rutland with my wife and baby a few weeks back, so I'm new to the area, and although I have already joined a course, I'm low on numbers for people to join for a few rounds - so always looking for someone to have a knock-up with.

I don't officially have a handicap but my aim is to get to a solid 18 and then start coming down from there. 

Hopefully I can get involved in some good chat here and meet some decent people :)

Ha!  When I first saw "Rutland" I thought we had someone from Vermont, USA.  It is a small city in central Vermont and our family had a ski house a bit north of Rutland.
