9th in the world, 10th in fedex cup points.  1 win, 3 top-10s, and 5 top-25s in 2017.  Seems like the guy plays all right.

When you say "overrated," you are saying he is rated too highly, right?  Over rated.  So my question is, how is he rated and who rated him?   Without that information, who can say he's "overrated?" 

Personally, I think most people would "rate" Rickie Fowler around 15th or 20th in the world, and if you compare that to the Official World Golf Rankings, which uses actual performance, and has him ranked 9th in the world, that would imply that he's actually underrated.  His "rating" (the opinions of others) is actually less than his ranking (actual performance).

My favorite moment in this tournament was when Fowler was on the 18th tee. After he hit some fan yelled, "HOW DO YOU LIKE THAT JOHNNY MILLER!"
