Tiburon Golf Course Naples Florida

[Gator Hazard]

The wife has been looking around at a few places for a quick summer golf and spa getaway for us. During the search she came across The Ritz Carlton Golf Resort Naples. We normally wouldn't be interested in slumming it at a place like that but the rates are so good in mid June that we are seriously considering a three nighter. 

Tiburon Golf course is on location and they have some packages. Just looking for any advice or input on the course and resort; if people have stayed at this location and golfed this course.

I have not stayed at the Ritz but my dad and his buddies have played the courses at Tiburon, and they would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a great course to play in Naples.  In June you should be able to play the Shark Shootout course at a great price.  Enjoy your stay I bet you will love the place!

I've played Tiburon about 10 years ago.  It was a great course.  IIRC, it is designed by Greg Norman.

You should definitely play it if you can.

Thanks @shakogolfer78 and @Yukari, looking forward to it. We had to move our dates out until end of July so hopefully will give me some time to practice and get a bit better.

She doesn't, still trying to get her interested. She had fun at TopGolf so there is hope. She is going to get pampered at the spa while I play.

Tropical storm Emily scuttled my golf plans for this morning. If you're going to sit around and sulk, might as well do it at the spa! Extra bonus was they are cutting power for a bit at RC Golf Course resort so they got us a room for the day at Beach property.
