Worked for 30 minutes after lessons. Downswing behind. Got a decent video.

Day 39- 2/4/24

Stack session 19 of 24 for Full Speed Spectrum- my 3rd consecutive in this training regimen. Only matched my speed to the first of the 24. Little disappointed in my results but will see how I do when I get to play again.

Day 57 (04 Feb 24) - Continued the work with setup while hitting easy pitches in the backyard.  Did play around with ball positioning at setup to get some different shots going - high floaters and low runners and how to play them into the green.

Worked after JEP for almost an hour. Was going to stop, but had about 15:00 left in a podcast, so I hit for that  (about 10:00 real time) plus a little after that.

Two hours (with some helping another student) on the downswing stuff. I go to A4, drop the club down "behind" me, turn to pump a bit, and swing through. Hands feel 45° open like before.
