Day 69 (16 Feb 24) - first round of the year where I walked the round.  Have an older Bag Boy cart (gifted me while at the local Hospice resell shop).  Trimmed the set to 12 clubs, could have easily trimmed to 10.  Walked it in just over 3hrs (was just ahead of the Friday men’s group).  Managed a 10 over 82, not too bad for the first walk of the year.

Stack Full Speed Spectrum session 23 of 24. Good speed with all but my measuring speed. Disappointing progress for this program. I will likely drop speed in this grouping. Still have one mor3 session to go!

Practiced distance control putting during lunch today.
