Day 12

Played 18, played very poorly so I had lots of practice due to so many attempts to hit the ball.

The Driver just disappeared, frustrating as the last time out on Thursday i was crushing the ball

Day 216 - August 1, 2020

Practiced briefly before the big outing today at CHQ, and hit some chips and pitches to demonstrate.

Day 32:

Hit a lot of balls at the Chautauqua outing today. Had my first golf lesson ever, and I couldn’t be happier with the direction I was given.

Lots of work to do.

Day 235

Played 18. Tried to work on my dynamic hip feel. Hit more pushes/blocks off the tee than I’d like, and some approach shots were unintentional high, spinny cuts that landed 1 club shorter than a normal shot. Pushes/blocks are a path issue and the unexpected cuts are a club face thing, so noted that on my scorecard for next week practice.

Day 71- Worked on my takeaway in the mirror, focusing on the straighter trail elbow.

Day 33:

Did 5 minutes of practice backswings in front of a mirror before bed with a focus on the newly developed feels to help effectively engage the lower body.

Day 217 - August 2, 2020

Played three holes with a student after everyone left from the outing.

Spent 15 minutes putting on my mat in the garage.  Wow I have one nasty left to right break with the current set up

Full swing practice with my PW and 5i. My main focus was keeping my trail arm tucked in during the swing.

Day 236

Been awhile since I’ve done putting practice so worked on setup and hit some 5-6 footers in my living room.

Day 72 - More mirror work, continued focus on my trail elbow in the takeaway.

Day 46.  Managed five minutes with my usual routine of 8-iron and 6-iron, indoors, off a mat, into a net, first two plush then real balls.

Day 155 - Range work on set up, secondary axis tilt and Key 5.

Went away with the family for the weekend.  I did my 5 minutes every day, but didn't get around to posting here, so we start again at 1.

Day 1: Went to a practice bay at PGA Tour Superstore.  Wanted to hit full and partial wedges (gap, sand, and lob) on the launch monitor.  Really happy with the consistency and knowledge from the session.

Hit balls on the range for 30 minutes. Not sure about a few things right now.

Day 34:

Spent a few minutes doing some takeaway work to A3 and then like 10 minutes working on the new low body priority piece.

Day 47.  Spent about fifteen minutes (about as many balls) practicing indoors, 8-iron (flight) and 6-iron (full), off a mat, into a net.  Plush balls the first two and then real balls for the rest.  Focused on level pelvis and arms hanging down for setup.
