Day 125.  Played 18.  Drove it poorly, putted worse.  Approached decently well, chipped like a champ. 

I made my first-ever birdie at hole 16 my home course, which has been my home course since mid-2008.   That hole was the last hole for me to make a par on it once upon a time too.  Missed the green but chipped in! :-)

Day 126.  Speed sticks, protocol one at halftime of SNF.  It has been eleven days since I did this last;  that's way too long.

Day 317

Played 16 holes today. Started pretty late in the afternoon, and was almost home on the par-5 17th hole when it was finally too dark to continue so I picked up and headed home. One of the best rounds in recent memory, and there was some pretty wild wind to contend with.

Too tired for a superspeed workout so that will wait until tomorrow.

Did COVID day 1-4 drills.  OK, did just a little more than 5 minute, closer to 35 minutes

Day 1

Starting over after having a break from Golf.  Not intended but snow tends to really mess with a golf course.

Did my SKLZ routine.  60 total swings broken evenly between my SKLZ grip tempo trainer and SKLZ Gold Flex with stretching in between each set.  Did some core work as well.

Plan this week is just SKLZ work out and light core work out.  Next week adding strength training with emphasis on Golf and explosiveness.

Day 127.  Ten minutes of 1/4 and 1/2 shots (indoors, off a mat, into a net, real balls) with a 56 degree this evening.  Focused on setup and form.  Despite having less than .5 shots lost short game last round, I hit several really poor chips and pitches, so I still want to get a bit of practice in with this.

Day 5

Worked on the COVID Trail Elbow Drill.  Posted a video to My Swing because I am not sure I am doing it as well as I need to.  Comments welcome.

Day 2

Did my SKLZ club work out routine - solid 22 minutes again.  60 swings split evenly between the SKLZ Tempo Grip Trainer and SKLZ Gold Flex.  2 reps of each, 15 swings each rep with stretching the hamstrings out before and after each set as well as neck PT.  Finished with 15 hard baseball style swings with the Gold Flex to get some core work in.  Final heartbeat reading when done was at 110, up from 108 yesterday.  Good workout for the initial week of off season

Day 319

Didn't get much sleep last night so felt crappy all day, and didn’t have great energy or focus practicing. Did some mirror work on takeaway/backswing, and then hit about 25 balls with a 5-iron. Actually hit the ball surprisingly well considering how tired I felt.
