Day 97:

Continued to work on "toe up" at P2, and trail elbow straight feels in backswing. Also checking with LVP camera to make sure I have decent shoulder turn (~45deg but I have no way to measure) by P2 as well. Starting almost all balls straight or a bit right (3 out of 40 started a touch left of target, and not even that severe of a pull) which is my goal at the moment.

Setup changes are ingrained at this point, but I still check feet alignment and chest/shoulder position over ball periodically to make sure I don't regress.

Day 134 (04 Nov 21)  - pre-shot setup work, focusing on squaring up.

@boogielicious hit the nail on the head. The thread which he linked had a terrific explanation from mvmac. This is not a shot for which you can, or want to, generate much power. It can really only be used for a fairly short carry from the fringe and will roll true like a putt.

BTW, the nicknames "chitch" or "pip" come from the fact that by holding the club upright and on the toe, the bounce is engaged, reducing the risk.

Dry-fire swing practice session at work with LagShot clubs and SC200+ (working on club head speed) [30 min].

Day 5 - November 5, 2021

A little time after setting up the new network hardware downtown hitting balls while focusing on the backswing stuff. Hinge, turn, soft shoulders.

Day 374: Did Fit for Golf GolfFlex Mobility routine then filmed some drills.

Day 18 (11/5/21) - Hit 2 buckets at the North Kingstown range today; focused on 9 to 3 swings with the PW, Drivers and 7-irons, then 50-yard shots with various clubs. Finished by playing holes 8 and 9.

Day 135 (05 Nov 21) - played 18 today.  Focus was on the pre-shot setup and keeping it consistent thru the bag by squaring up and seeing the shot shape (which was fade oriented) and remaining committed thru the shot.

Day 98:

Continued to work on "toe up" backswing piece. Also added in a bit of transition work today, as I feel like I'm hanging back just a touch, so hit some balls with half swings with a feel of pressure in my lead heel before starting downswing.

DAY 6:

Full Indoor range session (focus on grip and weight forward) with shot monitor [90 min].

Day 375: set up the MEVO + and did some work with 7 iron and driver.

Day 19 (11/6/21) - Worked on chip and run shots from various lies with my PW and 58* wedge. The lies varied from rough to hard pan and I focused on how the ball reacted.  I got the idea from trying different short shots 8th hole yesterday.

Was hoping to record some swings  with a ball to see how I’m progressing on my backswing piece, but only had time for indoor rehearsals with LVP camera.

Day 6 - November 6, 2021

Hit about 37 golf balls today after my Junior Elite stuff. Lots of "hinge it back, take it up, throw it behind, hit it hard." Finished hitting a few softer.

Always funny how well you can flush it when hitting it in little segments, looking around, etc.

Day 136 (06 Nov 21) - rainy day plus busy with other stuff, so I opted for putter work.  Have a 12’ section of carpet in the shop that rolls pretty true, so worked on finishing the downswing equidistant to the amount of backswing while working with the metronome app on the watch. Makes for some pretty smooth swings and straight rolls of the ball.

Day 99:

Played 18. Started rough but settled into a nice groove after the 5th hole. Getting more comfortable with backswing change, and didn't hit a single pull hook all round.
