Day 9 - Basically a repeat of Day 8 (and the first few days of the 30 Day Practice Plan): Setup and move through backswing in front of a mirror face on and DTL, checking positions. Did "Shoulder Tilts" during my stretching routine earlier this morning.

Day 38 (24 Dec 22) Well I missed posting yesterday even though I was able to work on the setup and make some good swings with the 8i and 54. 
Today, not so, as the weather was not conducive to anything outside.  Did mirror work, focused on takeaway and working deliberately slow thru the entire swing.  Slowing down like this really helps to reinforce getting and keeping weight on the lead foot.

Practiced putting on the indoor putting mat with my new PuttOut Devil Balls. 

My bag is an ever-changing combination of clubs. 

A mix I am forever tinkering with.

Day 39 (25 Dec 22) - Got outside for a few minutes after church and opening gifts.  Ground frozen as temp is low 30’s today.  Worked on setup and ball position, hit some shots with the PW.  Kept the shots to around 50yds.

Putted a bunch inside with the new Putt-Out Devil Balls. Those things are pretty addictive.

Worked on some slow mo swings in the mirror. Left arm staying out a bit longer on the backswing. Still backswing work.

Day 40 (26 Dec 22) - Broke today up into two sessions.  Started with some work in front of the mirror.  Worked on getting weight forward moving into the downswing.   This afternoon hit a few bump and runs with the PW in the backyard.  Worked on keeping the ball slightly back to keep the flight low and letting the ball roll out.

      I’m posting my Stack System results here. I’m not sure what to make of the information below, other than I have plenty of room for improvement.  I was going a little to fast at the  start and need to slow down and pay attention to the timer between shots. I hit some balls after this snd the launch monitor showed several were 245 total which I felt may have been a little generous.  They were good shots (for me) but just looking at the distance markers at the range I felt I was shorter than that.

      Have You Ever Clean Your Grips?

      I think dish soap is ideal. It's not good to wash your hands with dish soap because it strips away all the oils and dries them out a bunch. That's what is making the grip dirty though - you want something that will dissolve oils. Hand soap is generally gentle on your hands and won't do much to clean your grips - at least not without a lot of effort.
