Day 57:

Short game practice, and some some full swing work on backswing stuff.

Day 58:

Played 18 this morning. Heavy mist and wind on the front 9, transitioning into rain on the back. Hit some really good shots, and some really terrible shots, but wasn't taking the round entirely seriously due to the weather.

Was planning to start Neural Drive program with Stack today as well, but too wet outside.

Day 10 (22 Oct 23) - Hit easy pitches with the 7i and hard foam balls.  Focused on keeping a smooth tempo - good torso rotation.

Day 105: Did a stack session. Worked on grip and posture during rest breaks.

Day 11 (23 Oct 23) - Continued to focus rotation - short pitches with the irons, working to rotate back and thru.

Day 59:

Lesson this morning. Path had gotten too outside-in and steep, shoulders/core turning too soon pitching everything over the top and outside the ball - not sure when it started, likely gradual drift. Worked on path for most of the lesson (bit of recentering toward the end too). Ended up with a feel of almost being able to drop my hands to my right hip before turning.

Still too wet outside to start Stack Neural Drive program. 

Did Fit for Golf workout after dinner.

Day 357, October 23, 2023

Played 18 with @cedrictheo at Bryan Park (Champions) today (and Pine Needles yesterday).

Hit balls at golf evolution. working on my backswing and folding my arm properly and faster.

Day 168 - Indoor putting. 

Ruler drill was rough at the beginning but got better once I moved further from the ball.

Day 107: mirror work today. Focused on posture at set up and working on downswing feels.

Day 12 (24 Oct 23) - Wrapped up the church group 9 hole super ball outing this afternoon.   Played the persimmon woods and MacGregor irons - drew a lot of conversation, was fun hitting fairway finders and letting the guys hit the big dawgs.

Day 108: putted for a while, working on start line with the cups drill. Checked set up with my hands higher.

Played 18 holes at Quicksilver with @BradSomrak and Matt.

Day 169 - Proper practice session at the range and indoor putting at night.

Committing to changing the picture with full swing and man it's working. 

Went 8/10, 8/10, 9/10 on the yardstick putting drill.

Day 359, October 25, 2023

Worked in the hotel room this morning before doing Evolvr and other stuff. Back at it on the course tomorrow and Friday. 😉

Day 170 - Started a new Stack program and then indoor putting at night.

7/10, 9/10, 9/10 on yardstick drill. Still haven't gotten 10 straight yet, missed my 10th one on second set tonight 🤬
