Day 113: mirror work. Worked on my downswing feels. I think I may have found something to piece stuff together. Also checked my posture.

Worked downtown for awhile. Re-arranged the GEARS cameras to find the ball a little more easily, and then hit for 45 minutes. Started with foam balls to really focus on the movement.

Day 175 - The Stack session.

Day 1 (30 Oct 23) (Starting again as yesterday (Sunday) did not allow any time to get in practice). Worked on trail hand in the down swing today.  Focused on keeping the wrist quiet and having the palm facing forward at impact postion (no club in hand).  Followed with easy pitches with the Indi 58* using swing thought (hips lead, wrist follows - to keep the hips moving and reducing the flip potential).

Day 114: did a stack session. Worked on posture and downswing feels in breaks.

Priority piece work, found a good swing thought for this. Neck sore from sleeping so skipped fit for golf workout. Need to get going on next Stack program this week.

Day 2 (31 Oct 23) - Con’t trail hand drill today w/6i and hard foam balls. Kept the swing to 1/2 to 3/4.

Day 365, October 31, 2023

Scary day! Not really. Ha ha. Wrist curl and lift. Just focusing on the one piece. It's funny how "soft" the balls feel (foam AlmostGolf) balls when you're wearing AirPods Pro 2 with noise cancelling on. 90% of feel is sound, and with that, you hear almost nothing. So you feel almost nothing.

Day 176 - Indoor putting focusing on standing taller during setup. Good results.

Worked on wrist hinge on the backswing and throwing the arms in the downswing.

Priority piece work before taking kids trick-or-treating.

Day 115: putted for a while on my mat. Feeling like my hands are higher and knees bent at address.

Worked on things for nearly two hours downtown, three balls at a time.

Day 116: mirror work today. Worked on set up and some downswing feels.

Day 3 (01 Nov 23) - Played a drill game with the grandson.  We use foam balls and collect a diamond (fictional) for each ball hit over the fence (average 20 - 30yds).  He always uses longer clubs like the fairway or longer irons.  Today we went three rounds - I started with the 6i, then moved to the 7i and finally the 8i.  Focus for me was to make solid contact knowing each successive club went shorter and still try to clear the fence.
