I was shocked when he played in it a couple year ago. 2015 I think. It has grown a lot the recent years and I could see why Tiger didn't play in it for a long time. Some people made really bad remarks to him too.

Yeah, 73/82/MC. :-P

I admit I'm pretty nitpicky in noticing these things but he music used as background for the slow motion swings, it sounds similar to the melody NBC uses.

Also looks like they're having problems getting the tracer to sync up. I'm watching yesterday's coverage.

Good to see Woodland in the winners circle, especially after what he's been through. It shows that short game is king when it counts. I was rooting for Chez since he was one of the first tour guys I got to spectator at the Att Byron Nelson. Good to see a good game on a good stage before the super bowl.

Hey, I'm glad someone else noticed that.  Sometimes when I watched that shot tracer, I thought it was a horrible shot, but when the ball landed, it was a good shot.

:offtopic:

I posted the video above, you hear the CBS background music during the swing analysis. Here is NBC's background music. It's not note for note, but the structure is very similar. I would definitely call it, a paraphrase. NBC's is better, CBS's is more generic.

The old music was better

Off topic again, but instead of trying to figure out what's wrong, pointing out individual characteristics of a swing is more the way to go.

The golf course actually does a pretty good job of producing a good tournament. The finishing stretch is great with eagle to double in play all over.

    • Day 9, May 13.  After work, I went to my practice room for a dozen balls (two sessions of a half dozen each).  I may do more later, but I wanted to make sure I posted here too.  Same priority as yesterday, with the arms lifting.
    • Day 263 6-13 Setup alignment stick station for hands off body drill. Worked on wrist arch as well. Working on not hitting the stick 😀
    • Day 64 (13 May 26) - last practice of golf team for the school golf team….got to hit a few balls while working with the kids.
    • Hi @RetiredOldMan!  I am glad to see you are still playing and having good scores.  I hope that when I am 79, I am not only able to play, but still able to produce as good scores as you have been doing.   I look forward to hearing more of your success and your opinion of the senior flex shafts.
    • Hello Golfing Buddies, It has been awhile since I posted but I am the Retired Old Man that asked for advice because I suffered two "T.I.A.'s about switching from playing right handed to playing left handed.  I purchased a Callaway Edge Left handed golf clubs. I changed the grips to oversize grips.  Well, two weeks ago and still at 79 years old, I shot a 44 and 47 on a small course in my hometown.  I am currently changing my shafts from regular flex to Senior flex.  So, you can see' it can be done! So, you other old timers; get with the program! Blessings to all of you. Retired Old Man (Terry Warner)
