The rooms a little lame, needs some Banners or Posters or Pictures on the walls, IMO.

No comparison to the Ping Vault, but impressive ...

There's 136 headcovers on the wall. So @iacas your math is pretty close. If you go by ARV. Because 136 × 350 is $47,100 and I did not use a calculator. 

But some of those Scotty's go for 4 figures easily. If he has any of those which I can't tell by the picture. That is the value. I'd say it's worth about $60,000 and he's got it insured for $100,000 or more.

At any rate, some of the headcovers alone were probably "only" $100, some were probably $400… plus, right, who knows how many putters he has and what he paid for them, or what the cost of the many bags were.

I mean, you've gotta figure that if he has that many Scotty's, many of them are special or limited edition types.   As a matter of fact, after about the 10th one, you would think that every one is a special limited edition model.   no reason to just keep buying standard models.  So, with that said, easily $100k+.
