Really looking forward to trying these out. They may be a true successor to the Sensei.

That's one of the best looking shoes I've seen them produce. Not waterproof, though. Probably OK if you can wear them like water shoes with no socks.

I don't know if I want to go grey or blue.

Am I silly in thinking, huh, corduroy shoes. 😀They look great, just the first thing that popped into my head.

These look awesome. I’m glad they don’t have the high tongue of the other recent True’s (Original and Outsider).

I may pick these up to replace my mesh Puma’s as my “summer/range” shoe once they start to wear, although I don’t like the 4mm - 6mm of extra heel drop.

4mm is not a lot. That's still pretty minimal.

How wide are these compared to the older models? They look more like any other shoe than I've seen before. I'm still using a pair of the earlier versions, a Masters edition I believe, and really like that they got a wide sole, but it's maybe a bit too wide. I mostly wear Nike in shoes since they fit my feet well and got a wider sole than most others. Adidas is pretty narrow in comparison.

Are the shoes anything special compared to most other shoes on the market? I don't need new shoes at the moment, but my current TRUEs got an annoying detail in that the top of the shoe, below the laces, fold and make an edge that sticks down into the top of my feet when I walk.

Probably slightly wider than most shoes.

I got an email:

Okay, now onto the good news: Today we received word that our shoes have cleared US Customs. The next step is getting them from the Port to our warehouse, which we anticipate finishing by tomorrow. This means the first orders of TRUE knit should be leaving our warehouse as soon as this Friday.
