Try  a weight loss app like "lose it". Like Iaacas said "eat fewer calories than you burn"

You either eat less, exercise more, or some combination.

One thing about an app, it really makes you look at what you are eating. Give up a scone a day (insert your treat of choice) could be a pound a week at 500 calories per piece. 3500 calories is around a pound. or Saying no to any food that is offered to you in the office. Plan ahead, reduce restaurant food.

Eat for what you have DONE, not what you are going TO DO. Good breakfast, medium lunch and small dinner. Add fruit. Best wishes, -Marv

I want to lose weight 10 kg in 3 months? So please advice me how to lose weight easily?

For most males the low carb will grant you pretty rapid weight loss. It’s simple in regards to being able to still eat yet lose weight. I was once up to 300lbs and went through many different ‘diets.’ Nothing gave me better results rapidly as low carb intake. There’s tons of reasearch in this field and it’s hard to keep up with. Many people have had success with a variety of methods. With low carb the biggest issue I have come across with poor results from people is that they really didn’t follow a plan. They didn’t really keep an honest account of their carb intake. Less than 20g/day for the first two weeks. It’s really not that hard. Meats, fish, cheese, eggs are the staples. Plenty of stuff out there to research. When I’ve porked up from stretches of poor eating I go on a low carb regimen and always get back to a good weight. I’ve stayed between 220-230lbs controlling my carbs ever since I came down from the big 300. It’s about life changes really. But I do think the low carb regimen would give you a positive boost in motivation the quickest.

As somebody who lost that amount in that sort of timeframe last year, here's a few hints that I believe helped me :

 - Cut out fizzy drinks/juices etc completely, these are wasted calories. Substitute with sweetened drinks (usually taste just as good) or just water.
- Try and eat more protein, as losing weight will be hard on your body. Protein will also make you feel fuller.

- Also try eating more fiber (proportionally), as again this will help you feel fuller for longer, but you don't absorb the fiber.
- I didn't used to eat until around midday - I wouldn't feel that hungry in the AM, so it was an easy fast. It's not 'standard' advice, which says eat a good breakfast, but I always found that i ate something early doors, I was hungry for more
- Another counter intuitive one was running before bed - I used to do bursts on the treadmill , shower and then bed - it didn't make me feel hungry, so it never seemed like i had to go and eat those calories afterwards.

Weight came off fairly easily, and has remained off since (I reverted back to 'normal' once BMI hit 20)

Anecdotally I agree... as someone who has always struggled with trying to gain weight, one of the best things I've done is started to drink a protein shake in the morning. It's about 700 calories, and it immediately fills me up, but by lunch time I'm super hungry and have a large appetite. The less I eat for breakfast, the less hungry I am at lunch. Counter-intuitive.

Calculate your TDEE and put yourself in a caloric deficit of approximately 20%.  Incorporate strength training if you haven't already done so.

I did this and it was very successful because it allowed me to eat foods I wanted.  I pretty much follow a IIFYM diet.

    • Day 126: another busy day, so just did some mirror work. Checking set up and backswing and working on a few downswing feels.
    • Day 310 - Working on my follow-through. Higher chest, belt towards the target. Small swings at first, building to a fuller swing (still not thrilled with my short backswing).
    • Day 201 (19 Nov 24) - Walked the back nine at Minnesott today, played the “white” tees with the persimmon woods and bladed irons.  It’s a challenge I really like as the clubs are shorter in overall distances.  It really forces me focus on the value of the approach game.     Somehow yesterday’s post did not load / so it’s above.  Today (Day 202) I did some backyard short yardage work - 7i dink  and rolls, 9i chips and 50deg pitches - working to get it in before the rain started around noon.
    • Day 51 - 2024-11-20 Played nine holes of Sanctuary Moon with a 6I while pausing in the backswing and otherwise just practicing. If you're into Star Wars, or don't actively hate it… this is worth checking out.
