Day 35 - 2026-01-24 Reviewed coach notes, worked on grip, mirror work. Back to range tomorrow. -
Day 481 - 2026-01-24 Worked on things in the back yard at the VRBO at the PGA Show, and then got some swings in a mirror today while waiting for a GEARS lesson and two kids.

Day 6 (24 Jan 26) - With weather coming in, kept session short - hitting a few balls in the backyard- alternating between lead arm only drill and short pitches. -
Day 164 1-24 Arching wrist in downswing, still focusing on slightly cupped at top. Hit foam balls. 1/2 swings again. Did plenty of pauses and rehearsals -
My home course, a semi-private, has a sign in the pro shop area saying that athletic workout attire is not permitted on the actual golf course. Also, collared shirts are required. But, I was unable to find similar athletic-attire language in the course web site. As far as enforcement: I would be hard pressed to tell difference between golf rain gear and lined workout pants and a warm-up top. Personally, use my wind shirt both for golf and for cold gyms.
