Another website time some pros at the US Open:

At the U.S. Open, Andy Johnson timed every shot hit by Bryson DeChambeau, Kevin Kisner, and Justin Thomas for nine holes, and these...

Here were the results (click on the link for explanation, but 1, 2, 3, refer to the order of play):

That's a worthwhile article.  I also liked the link in the article showing a video of what DeChambeau goes through in his computations in real time.

Unfortunately, the article ends on a somber note:

Just yesterday Slugger White, the PGA Tour’s Vice President of Rules and Competitions, told Guy Yocom of Golfworld, “I hate slow play as much as the next guy, but I can’t agree with the idea of hitting players with penalty strokes.”

I agree with that, but if you are on the clock as a group, and you as a player take over 60 seconds on a shot, you should get warned as well, even if you weren't the reason the group was put on the clock in the first place.

If you're on the clock and you're the fast guy in the group... just play ahead of your group.  Oh wait, that's been done before.

Many acknowledge that slow play is a problem at all levels of golf. But you won't believe how slow DeChambeau...

Get him with his own medicine. All his ball washing about not being slow and trying to make his pace mathematically justified? FAIL. Yeah....he’s a douche.
