The first hole at Shuksan Golf Course near me has a cart path dropping 100 feet.  On wet days or in the winter with the prevalent moss it is dangerous and steep.  I have had nightmares of meeting my end there.

I always make sure I’m the one driving down that hill. But more than crashing a cart on it, I’ve been more afraid of wiping out while walking down it, on those wet days.

I hate watching people drive like idiots on the course. I mean when they sign for the cart and I get to give them the $1000+ invoice for parts and labor, it sort of makes up for it. If they steal the cart and I catch them, which has happened before, that is fun...

Wolf Creek in Mesquite, NV has some seriously steep downhills.  They have an accident every few years due to people either not taking the downhill seriously or being just plain drunk operating the cart.

Most of those aren't fails: they're just that weird thing where people intentionally run into other people with golf carts. WTF is that? Why was that EVER a thing? That can f***ing hurt, it can break the carts, and it can injure people quite severely, especially when the person being hit often has a steel or graphite shaft in their hands.

I look at these and usually wonder why were they filming before the funny happened. Look, a couple guys driving a cart, lets film that. OH WOW, something funny happened! What are the odds!

So that means the cart-to-body contact was intentional.  Gotta throw a flag on that...

The couple of times I've played Wolf Creek they run your credit card before having you sign for and getting your cart. That way if you do destroy the cart, you bought it.

My bag is an ever-changing combination of clubs.

A mix I am forever tinkering with.

What if you destroy you?  Do they have you sign up for the Affordable Care Act or Medicare before playing?

Nope, they just call my wife and let her know she's finally free of me.

This is the part where she plants you in the back yard in a shallow grave?  Along with your golf clubs?

Close, brother. … My wife knows how to use ebay… She'd be selling my clubs before my body's even cold.

Doesn't mean it wasn't planned, just that it didn't work out as planned.
