On cars that have aluminum fenders for weight savings/distribution, is it possible to fix creases/dents on those or is it panel replacement time?

Depending on how bad the damage is , yes they can be repaired . Now whats crazy is all the new types of thin High strength steel , depending on the type of steel , it now needs replaced or skined .
