Did Phase 2 Workout C. One week to go.

I've fallen off, but I finished up the 1A/B/C stuff. Just a tough pair of weeks with a lot of driving and awkward timing. I'll get back on the level 2 stuff in a week or two.

Started Phase 3 today with workout A.

Did Mobility GolfFlex before my practice today.

[boogielicious]

Did Phase 3 Workout B. This one was the first that had a harder part for cardio. Standing long jump with two medicine ball exercises. It kept my heart rate up for that section even with the allotted rest. Good workout. 

When I was starting, a personal trainer asked if I was a golfer. She saw right away the golf specific warm ups. I told her about the app and she said she’d tell her husband who was a golfer but did not quite listen to her recommendations. She also showed me another exercise for mobility.

I’m really liking it so far. The app has issues, but the program is very good.

Did Phase 3 Workout C today. It had deadlifts which I haven’t done in years. Went light in those to get the form down.
