When I'm out playing gigs in the bars, it's usually free PBR, which suits me just fine too.

I drink Samuel Adams most of the time. I do like to try different brews from time to time. I will be stopping by the Alaskan Brewing company on my trip to Alaska this summer and plan on trying a few of their selections.

I'm sure he's quite aware that it is not Chinese. Anyone that drinks Yuengling pretty much knows it's history.

I think his comment about it being Chinese was a little joke on the name....kind of sounds Asian. Made me laugh!

I thought the same, but I wanted to make sure to honor the great Yuengling.

i grew up in pa. and started drinking the stuff young as my dad bought it cuz it was the cheapest beer from the distributor. when i started drinking other beers, they didn't seem to taste all that great and i began to appreciate what a treat it was whenever i came home for visits. now, its easy to find to find everywhere, thanks to the company being run by the women of the family who understood how to market their product

anyways, i tell that joke whenever i'm around folks talking beer

My favorite beer is of course.... My beer. I love my Hazelnut brown ale. Its a very close clone to Rogue's hazelnut brown nectar.

Anyway, my favorite beers are alaskan amber, moose drool, and a good arrogant bastard ale.

Generally, something very dark and brooding, as that type of beverage has more flavor and a better finish to me than its lighter, paler cousins.

Another vote here for Yuengling. Unfortunately, I live in Ohio and can't get it. I only get to drink it when I go to Florida. Guess the good thing is I'm not a huge drinker or else I'd be making a run to Pittsburgh a lot!
