So for those rounds and that player, putting was a glaring weakness. I hope he’s not inferring that putting is more important than approach shots.

Too bad this tournament turned into a snooze fest for Sunday. Unless Lexi was leading this was done at tee off time. Nobody going for it, no aggressive play. Just poke it down the fairway, then some mediocre shots to the green….boring.

I wish I could swing with the tempo, balance and power of Minjee Lee. Not much drama in the last round, but it sure was fun to watch her play.

Why is first and second place the same amount? I've never seen that before.

There really is a glaring difference between men's and women's short games, isn't there?

Admittedly I did not look hard at the numbers. 🤷‍♂️

    • Those are better. Watch where the shaft points at the top, too. Bit over-rolled there (laid off).
    • First swings at after a 2.5 month forced hiatus. No surgery in the forecast at the moment! Doc said okay to start easing in gently over a few weeks. The effort is barely 30% here but felt solid.  I think my swing changed a few years ago after my right ankle injury (weight shift profile). I wonder if this may bring about another change. I certainly won't pivot on to the knee (left) aggressively any time soon, if ever. Could even be a good thing..heh.
    • I mean, I just assume he mistyped something. 🙂 Promos were on X/Twitter and today I put the promo on IG. The full video is landscape (not good for Instagram) and too big for X (file size), so it's always been on YouTube.
    • Slomo video of me working on the arms raising thing in the backswing. I think this is better, albeit I’m going fairly slowly and then stopping. Too darn cold to go outside and I don’t have room to safely make a full motion indoors, so this will have to do till I can make it to the range.
    • Very concise and to the point.  I can attest; it makes the golf swing easier if you keep that right arm under control.
