@Vinsk they sure did. There was some lop sided loses. Last 2 matches were close. Came down to 18 and a few inches. Saturday is going to be good.

Ultimately, despite the Internationals’ one good day on Friday, that was pretty ho-hum, the worst blow-out ever on their home turf, the worst overall since 2017, and the second worst after 2000. The only times the Internationals ever won (1998) or tied (2003) were in the Southern Hemisphere (Australia and South Africa).

So I go back to my question: Is this a waste of time? I’m going to vote “Yes.” It is embarrassing and pointless for a sport to have to promote an event that is consistently like pitting a good college football team against an NFL champion. Put this thing out of its misery.

Eh, you're in a small minority there, man.

The players still want to play. The fans that show up have a good time. It's still millions brought to a local economy. And there's still a small chance they learn something to help them in the Ryder Cup.

The Harlem Globetrotters beat the Washington Generals all the time, but people weren't calling for them to shut that down.

      I've got two of them.  So for me it depends. If I'm playing with friends and they know me. I'm taking the hole-in-one. Because they know my game anyway. Let's go for the awesome moment/bragging rights.  If I'm in a tournament I'm taking the low round, because I want to win.  If I'm playing with a bunch of strangers, and I just show up, and get paired up. I'm leaning toward taking the low round. I could leave them thinking I'm better than I am. Plus for me that would be a 73. ... That would be cool.

      Would You Rather #68: Would you rather make a hole-in-one on a perfectly struck shot, during a round where you otherwise played pretty poorly.  or  Would you rather play well all day and beat your personal best by let's say 3 strokes, but with no eagles.  BTW - You could answer that it may depend upon who you are playing with? ... Or if its in a tournament? ... Or any other conditions you want to apply to the question.
