Hey, it's October (or soon to be!). So TRUE is celebrating their "dead golfer" logo with a limited edition run of a LOT of different things: shoes, hoodies, ball mark repair tools, hats… you name it. Both men's and women's styles are available, and everything is NOT black: there are olives, navies, whites, creams, grays, and blacks among other colors.

The icon signifying our undying love for game has been brought to a limited edition capsule featuring footwear, apparel, headwear, and more. Keep your eyes peeled for some unique collaborations throughout the month as we pay homage to our favorite dead linksman. In typical TRUE™ fashion, pieces will move quickly. Secure your gear before this collection is 8 miles out and 6 feet under.

They're also going to be dropping some limited 1-of-100 stuff later this month (#IYKYK), and they're not shoes. But, among the Dead Golfer Month releases…

  • Lux Hybrid
  • All Day Knit 3 (Men's and Women's)
  • 5-Panel Snapback Hat
  • Canvas 5-Panel Snapback
  • Ripstock 5-Panel Snapback
  • Lux Mock Polo
  • All Day Crewneck
  • Access Backpack
  • Crew Tee
  • Premium Hoodie
  • Whiskey Wedge
  • Barrel Headcover
  • Ball Mark Repair Tool
  • Drinktank Growler Bottle
  • Bamboo Tees

If you liked the Snell MTB-X, you can even snag some of them at a good price.

He could use a little more hip slant at the top IMO.

Ugh True Linkswear is killing me. The  hybrid Lux is the best of the lineup in my opinion. The Lux pro a very close 2nd.

    • Day 27 (17 July 26) - Normally an 18 hole day, but due to commitments abbreviated the round to 9 holes (played the back nine at home course).  Had a solid session where even the worst miss (tee shot off 18) was fully playable.  Shot a solid 39 (6pars, 3bogies) - not dbls, no three putts - just boring golf.
    • Overall, well said. People have to be very careful in trying to describe very complex problem in simple terms. In this case, it is a clear fundamental misunderstanding of Newton's 1st and 3rd laws.  To clarify more on the misinterpretation of Newton's 1st law. The exact interpretation of Newton's 1st Law....  "Every body continues in its state of rest, or of uniform motion in a straight line, unless it is compelled to change that state by forces impressed upon it" yea, a body will stay motionless unless a force acts upon it. An object will stay on its path of motion unless a force acts upon it.  I get it, complex physics problems are difficult. There is a lot of simplification done in most physics class when it is taught. A classic problem uses a frictionless surface. Projectile motion excludes drag and wind direction. Collisions are usually elastic. The golf swing is not a simple physics problem.  Yea, I think they got caught up the data on the graphs and are not truly understanding cause and effect.  If the golfer isn't first pushing into the ground, then the ground isn't going to push back.  The internal forces of the body create the motion, not the external forces from the ground. The ground isn't like what Psy uses to start his concert. 🤣 You probably need to be connected to the ground and have those GRF to help the body produce the motion you want. Your body has to move in the right way to produce the GRF which helps you move the body in the way you want. Body motion precedes the GRF.

    • I think that's mostly about lowering the CG. 🙂
