Help Me Identify These Logos?

I have gone through my logo balls, casting out some duplicates and a bunch of just generic ones (insurance companies, car dealerships, etc. etc.) and kept primarily a few cool ones but mostly golf courses.

I have about 300 (some are duplicates but maybe slightly different logos), plus the ones below… that I can't identify. I'm probably brainfarting on a number of them (like the "K" one with a Maryland theme, the top left four… and a few others).

If anyone can help, please let me know! I've given the grid an A-E and a 1-5 to help identify which ball you're talking about.

Tom’s right. D1 uses the old Cubs bear logo with the bat replaced by a golf bag. 

C2 is a buckeye leaf, but not sure where it’s from. The university would have a trademark on it. 

I feel like E2 is the old Riviera logo (Dublin, OH). That club closed in 2014 and I haven’t yet found a photo of the logo. I thought I had a ball on my wall, but I don’t.

A couple others look familiar but I can’t figure out why.

Probably OSU Golf Courses. I bought several balls there.

Have you tried using Google Lens to identify the one you still don't know?
 

My bag is an ever-changing combination of clubs.
