So I'm the current web developer for the Northern Nevada Golf Association and am looking for a bit of feedback from players. First off I would like to see links to the golf association in which you belong. Secondly I would love to hear input on what you would like to see your association do differently or what they already do extraordinarily.

Something I would love to see on the NNGA site is individual player profile pages where the player would be able to login and type in biographical information if they so desired which would be shown on a page with their past results (kind of like the PGATour.com pages does) along with a break down of their standings in the different points races (player of the year, match play qualifying, etc.). This is something I'm currently working on, actually

So let's have it...how does your golf association stack up??

Thanks,

Our website sucks, I would offer to re-do it but the 55 year old guys wouldnt give a crap.

http://www.cuyahogagolf.com/

Pretty much it gets the point across which is information for the members. No info about signing up or anything, pretty bad really. Id like to see advertise for more members seeing as the average age of my league is easily over 50. Also better formatting.

Your site looks nice.

Erie District Golf Association .

I set it up with a simple design and using WordPress so that the guy that actually maintains it can do it without needing to call me frequently.

Has worked pretty well since I built it last winter.

I like the updates on local events and the points standings and stuff (things you mentioned you were already working on). They also list all of the member clubs championships/tournaments, so its a good place to go for that info too.

(WJHL) — The East Tennessee State University (ETSU) men’s golf team has received an apology from Delta Airlines after a video that has over 5 million views showed staff haph… I feel for the team! 15 years ago I changed planes in Atlanta on my way to Las Vegas. With a window seat on the Hartsville tarmac I could see my golf bag, in a hard case, tossed onto the conveyor belt, and overhang the edge, to the cargo section. As it rose, I saw it fall off from about 20’. Couldn’t see the impact. When I landed and retrieved the case, it was destroyed but the clubs were okay!   When I filed a claim with Delta they put me through an administrative nightmare and I finally gave up. Still have that case in my attic!
