$1.15 for about 35 balls. I buy the tokens in bulk though so I get a pretty good break. Standard price is $3.50, or $5.50 for 2 tokens.

$7 for a large bucket (90-100 balls). It's a lighted driving range with a great chipping/pitching green and a separate putting green.

My local driving range prices just went up (tornado ripped up the nets and they had to replace them)--but still the cheapest price in town.

$4 for 35----used to be $3
$8 for 70----used to be $6
$12 for 105---used to be $8

$9 for a bucket of 100ish nike range balls. They're not too bad to hit. I have a few saved that I use for chipping practice. But only at the course they're from.

Work at a course so it's free. ;)

But it's $5.50 for about 50 balls.

Some places around me charge more for grass tees, so anywhere from $8-13 for a large bucket (100-120 balls). The more expensive place has a decent practice bunker and multiple chipping greens.

Small/practice- $3
Medium- $6 (varies between courses/ranges)
Large-$9
And a few ranges around here have a jumbo which is the best deal for the dollar compared to the others with 150 or so balls for like 12$ but it varies. I personally cant sit there and hit 150 balls at the range though.

$3.50 for a small bucket. $5.00 for a large bucket. I bought a 'range card' which is 50 buckets for $125, so it comes to $2.50 a big bucket that way. LOVE THE RANGE!

$7 for a bucket of around 50 balls at the driving range i go to my local course does not have one though.

They say golf is like life, but don't believe them. Golf is more complicated than that.

Depending on the club, about $3-$4 for a 50 or so bucket and $5-$6 for a "large", approximately 80 balls.

Cant remember the prices on the small/large buckets. I think it was $3.50 and $6.00, but I'm not 100% sure. I have the unlimited range plan for $30 per month. I definitely get my money's worth, as I'm out there at least 4-5 days a week, even on days that I play there. It's a great range, very well kept, all grass, practice bunker, practice chipping/pitching area, and separate practice green. There are a few things I wish it had, such as lights, and a few more yardage markers, but that's definitely more of a wish than it is a complaint.

I have a driving range membership. 350 dollars per year and I can hit unlimited golf balls, usually hit on average 100 golf balls per day.

I would be spending about 10 bucks a day if I didn't have the membership.

I have a good deal (all around) at this golf course near my current home, too bad I'm moving soon.

    • I've had this one since 2021.  Amazon.com No complaints.  I had to reglue the little Velcro tabs onto the yellow foam guide thingies. But that's not a big deal. The Velcro came off almost immediately and I put them back on using super-glue and they've been fine ever since. I've hit a lot of balls off this in my garage and I have no complaints.
    • I've been thinking about buying a hitting mat for home indoors use. I currently only got a small patch of some mat I bought years ago and stand on a wooden platform. It'd be nice having a mat to stand on and hit from. After some searching, I see Fiberbuilt often being praised. Not sure if I can get hold of it easily here, and buying internationally can get expensive for a mat that's already quite pricey (~$800). The Wittek Quattro is also usually favorably mentioned, and at half the price (~$400) of the Fiberbuilt. Anyone have experince with this mat? Any other suggestions?
    • It just occurred to me that the last time I was serious about golf, my woods were made of….wood! Also interestingly (to me anyway) as I shopped for “woods”, mostly on eBay, I found that all the clubs in really nice cosmetic/aesthetic shape (good finish, nice club face, good grip) were woman’s clubs. Seems they either take really good care of them or don’t use them much.    And lastly, for now anyway, I went to a range today that has Top Tracer monitors at all the stations - another “new” development that may have been around for quite a while, but this was a first for me. I found it useful although I’m sure I only scratched the surface of its capabilities.
    • Agreed. For me, the feel was introduced to get the arms moving down from the top. It wasn't necessarily a "get it in front of the hip" explanation as the correct position but more for an exaggerated feel to get rid of the earlier issue.
